OPEN ENROLLMENT:
Benefit options available for employees and eligible dependents include:
- Permanent Life Insurance with Long-Term Care
Special Underwriting: Employees with coverage can purchase additional coverage without health questions (within guidelines). Employees hired after May 14, 2024, can purchase up to $100k guaranteed issue. Speak with a benefits counselor to learn more. - Heart & Stroke Insurance (Guaranteed Issue!)
NEW HIRE ENROLLMENT:
Newly-hired employees must enroll within the 90-day period beginning on the new employee start date to qualify for ‘no health questions‘.
