Letter to employees:

I think all of you would agree with me that the past few years have been very different.  COVID has affected our work, our families and our ability to get out and enjoy life.  I am so very thankful that we have adapted as a Company and I thank each one of you for the outstanding job you have done.  Change can be very difficult especially when the change is not something we want to do.

Pierce has now partnered with Corporate Chaplains. They are going to come alongside us and offer emotional and spiritual support.  I think it is an outstanding program and Lonnie and I are excited to share this with you.
